A law which does not really know ...

 
As you probably know on 18 November 2008 the Romanian parliament has issued Law no. 298/2008 on retaining data generated or processed by service providers ...", electronic communications law that was in the Official Gazette

FEW CONSEQUENTIAL (should not be an expert like you to Sema):
- Starting from January 20, that is next Tuesday, all operators of fixed and mobile, meaning ROMTELECOM, RCS & RDS, ORANGE, VODAFONE, COSMOTE, ZAPP, etc.. are obliged to store for 6 months following the CONVORBIRILE ALL OUR TELEPHONE:
